Delivery and Processing
Delivery & Processing charges are based on the price of each gift to the 48 states and Canada. After traveling in temperature-controlled express trucks to a Federal Express facility near the destination, your packages will enter the local post office for final delivery. What do we mean when we refer to “Delivery and Processing charges?” They are the costs of processing your order, handling and packaging the gifts you’ve purchased, and delivering them.
Additional Delivery: For Alaska and Canada add $9.99 per item to Standard Delivery & Processing rates and allow three extra days for Standard Delivery. Only non-perishables can be shipped to APO’s and FPO’s. We do not ship to Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico. No international shipping available. Please call 1-800-776-7575 for details.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards and greeting Cards do not incur standard delivery charges. to
expedite Gift Cards, add $8.00 for 2-Day Express or $11.00 for Overnight
Express.
Perishable Gifts:
Some perishable gifts incur an additional charge of $8.95 to guarantee perfect
arrival. This might include specially insulated shippers and ice-gel packs to
keep them cool and delicious.
Gifts to California, Texas, Arizona and Louisiana
The good folks at the USDA
tell us that for right now we can’t ship our Florida-grown fruit to CA,
TX, LA & AZ. So we arranged with grower friends outside of Florida to send
our standard all-fruit gifts with their fine fruit.
Monthly Club Gifts
Delivery & Processing for all Club gifts is $10.99 per month -
i.e. Delivery for a 6-Month Club gift is $65.94.
Alaska & Canada Deliveries
For Alaska and Canada add $9.99 per item to Standard Delivery &
Processing rates and allow three extra days for Standard Delivery. Only non-perishables can be
shipped to APO’s and
FPO’s. We do not ship to Hawaii, Guam or
Puerto Rico.
International Gifts
Regretfully, we can no longer ship gifts internationally.
Delivery Guarantee:
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve
the right to make corrections if an error does occur. We guarantee delivery only
to the addresses we are given. Postal and delivery services may not forward
without additional charges that we will pass on to you.

Sales Tax
We must collect state and local taxes for shipments to the following states:
AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS,
NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI. We are
obligated to collect tax at the rate in effect for the jurisdiction to which
the products are shipped, and we are obligated to collect tax in additional
states if we establish a presence in those states. The taxability of food,
candy or combination items vary by state. Delivery & Processing charges
will be taxed when the product is taxable. We automatically calculate taxes
for telephone and internet orders.
