I send these to my grown kids and they have enough to share with their friends. Then my mother gets a box and has to stand over the sink to slurp up their delicious juciness. And of course we have to have a box too! Now I need ANOTHER box. I probably eat 3 a day all of January! Thank you Cushman's!!

This is a multi-tasking fruit! Very strong in flavor and aroma. After eating or drinking the citrus, take the rind, run a knife over the inside fleshy part and use in cooking breads, puddings, etc. Then, use some of the the rind in the garbage disposal. The acidic content also kills bacteria and odor. Place fresh rinds on the window sills. Use in outdoor plants and compost heaps. Dry the rinds and place in the linen closets. Be sure to dry them well so as to avoid mould.

We are about to purchase more Honeybells for ourselves because we like them so much we shared a lot of them with family and friends. They are so sweet and juicy! This gives us something to look forward to during our bitter cold January's here in Maine. You can count on our order next year!
