Shipping and Processing

Shipping & Processing charges are based on the price of each gift to the 48 states. After traveling in temperature-controlled express trucks to a Federal Express facility near the destination, your packages will enter the local post office for final delivery. What do we mean when we refer to “Shipping and Processing charges?” They are the costs of processing your order, handling and packaging the gifts you’ve purchased, and delivering them.

Additional shipping: For Alaska and Canada add $9.99 per item to Standard Shipping & Processing rates and allow three extra days for Standard Shipping. Only non-Perishables can be shipped to APO's and FPO's. We do not ship to Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico. No international shipping available. Please call 1-800-776-7575 for details.

To complete an Express Shipping, WE MUST HAVE A STREET ADDRESS. We cannot deliver an Express Shipping to a P.O. box.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards and greeting Cards do not incur standard shipping charges. to expedite Gift Cards, add $8.00 for 2-Day Express or $11.00 for Overnight Express.

Perishable Gifts:
Some perishable gifts incur an additional charge to guarantee perfect arrival. This might include specially insulated shippers and ice-gel packs to keep them cool and delicious.

Gifts to California, Texas, Arizona and Louisiana
The good folks at the USDA tell us that for right now we can’t ship our Florida-grown fruit to CA, TX, LA & AZ. So we arranged with grower friends outside of Florida to send our standard all-fruit gifts with their fine fruit.

Monthly Club Gifts
Shipping & Processing for all Club gifts is $5.00 per month - i.e. Shipping for a 6-Month Club gift is $30.00.

Alaska & Canada Deliveries
For Alaska & Canada deliveries add $9.99 per item to Standard Shipping & Processing rates and allow three extra days for Standard Shipping. Only non-perishables can be shipped to APO's and FPO's. We do not ship to Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico.

International Gifts
Regretfully, we can no longer ship gifts internationally.

P.O. Box Deliveries:
Shipping to a P.O. Box will incur a surcharge of $5.95.

Delivery Guarantee:
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Postal and delivery services may not forward without additional charges that we will pass on to you.

Sales Tax
We must collect applicable state and local taxes for non-wine shipments to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI & WV, and any additional states in which we establish a presence. Orders that contain wine are taxed in the following states: CA, CT, FL, ID, IL, LA, MA, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, VA, WA & WV. The taxability of wine, food, candy or combination items varies by state. Shipping & processing will be taxed when the product is taxable. We will automatically calculate taxes for telephone and Internet orders.
